The governors of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona, all Republicans, should be able to come up with some plan to thwart what FedGov is doing here. It would be an impressive (and I think effective) push-back against federal power. I would love to see such a confrontation.
I think red states need to raise the minimum wage. Raise it to $15/hr, dry up the labor pool, and the illegals will flee to blue states. I can make my own sandwiches.
