Does anybody actually think that if Obama thought he could do something with real teeth that wouldn't immediately be halted by an injunction from a federal judge somewhere (it only takes one) he would have done so years ago? This is nothing but pandering to the left and make it look like he's “trying hard”?

The courts are corrupt. I wouldn't count on them to stand up to Obama’s tyranny.
