Great article, thanks for posting! This is the heart of the matter and why I am not very optimistic about America’s return to “normal”. It would have to start with a true return to the “faith once for all delivered to the saints” i.e., a real spiritual revival. Instead I fear we are headed for the 4 horsemen. “A new world order is what they seek, but in order that it can emerge, the still remaining remnants of America’s Christian-based culture must be completely destroyed.” This is our future. It doesn’t have to be but I just don’t see national repentance on the horizon. I see Christianity being criminalized. II Tim. 4:3-5, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.” For those still believing, this is our call.
Thanks for your spot-on summary. It’s already the case that to teach and affirm the miracle of creation is to be rejected, besmirched, and psychologically crucified by Christians so-called who embrace evolutionary science. As things are shaping up, it looks like such ‘Christians’ will be making war upon the faithful in the days ahead.
