This takes the power from 20D/20R with the Democrat being the deciding factor to 20 Republicans 19 Democrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There may be a clean budget deal yet instead of heading towards the Gov't shut down our new Governor Terry McAuiffle seems to want. Very good news for GOP
