When one reads the word “hate” in a news article, you can pretty much toss it aside as propaganda. I heard someone (Levin?) refer to it best as someone who has run out of bullets and just threw the gun.

The bad guys would shoot all their bullets at Superman’s chest, and they all bounce off, yet somehow a thrown gun is supposed to have some effect.
