For you to say we are at a tipping point constitutionally -- now, I agree with you. What does that mean considering our constitution is our rule of law and they are ignoring it?
JONATHAN TURLEY: Well, unfortunately our system is changing, and it's changing without a debate. Or even a discussion about what we're going to do in the future when we have a three branch system, a tripartite system but one branch is so dominant. What's emerging is an imperial presidency, an uber presidency as I've called it, where the president can act unilaterally. This is only the latest example of that.

Mr Turley, I get that you were trying for a provocative example to make a point, but your statement is total donkey guano. Was denigrating Nixon with the worst person that ever was or ever will be in the office of president really the best you could do ?
Once again some idiot waves the Nixon card, I seem to recall some nasty business conducted not just by JFK but his whole damn family, and then there was LBJ, but no, we will always have Nixon made to be the bogeyman.

It's clear the system is flawed when a President can get away with everything this one has.
Forget impeachment for now. It's pointless until the constitution is changed or the Senate is changed.
