Personally, I prefer to carry concealed. I don't want anyone to know I am carrying (or not). Not knowing if someone is armed certainly SHOULD BE a deterrent to a person intent on committing a crime but alas, there are a lot of stupid people out there. To my knowledge, "Target" was, or still is a French owned company and I do NOT see any chance they would allow for "open carry" in their stores

Target is a local(MN) corporation and they have never posted their stores. Open carry is legal and allowed at Target.
