It's not just Madame Hillary, either. Senator Dianne Feinstein, chair of the Intelligence Committee, also turned on Obama - she said he was "totally not following the law!" - and was immediately attacked by Harry Reid this morning.
Obama's gambit to distract America from the VA scandal is turning into the most devastating scandal of his crime-riddled presidency, its mega-tonnage amplified by the way it's causing Democrats to turn on each other. I think we'll see more of that over the next couple of days, as the implosion effect of this nuclear scandal blast sucks Obama's party into a blue-on-blue bloodbath.
A big part of the reason is the looming shadow of the 2014 elections, of course. Terrified Democrats have already been trying to distance themselves from Obama. They can't get away from him on the VA or Bergdahl stories, not without denouncing him in terms that will drive his popularity even lower... which will in turn make him an even heavier weight around their necks. As Ben Domenech observed at The Federalist today, part of the problem is that Obama's scandals keep dragging the 2014 election spotlight back to the national level, while shaky purple-state Dems desperately want to keep it at the local level. It's hard to sell voters on your big plans to bring back Washington pork for a couple of new bus stations when everyone wants to talk about Obama unleashing five Taliban killers in trade for a deserter.
Their only play here is to throw in with Hillary and effectively declare the end of the Obama presidency (perhaps literally, if impeachment gathers steam, but that's still a very long shot

Obama needs a black AWOL treasonist in order to get the rest of the muzzies out of Gitmo. That way any negotiated deal would be immune from scrutiny because it would be “racist” to tell the truth.

The Democrats are in a quandry on this one. Yes, the normal political move would be to distance themselves from the president, but what about the black vote? Blacks are the most loyal and dependable voting bloc for the Democrats. How are black Democrats going to react to seeing the president being thrown under the bus by a bunch of white liberals trying to save their senate and house seats? Obviously the Democrats will still get the vast majority of their vote but will they turning out in huge numbers to vote in November and in 2016? I think this is where white liberals are going to miscalculate the actions of black voters to seeing “their” president piled on by his own party. The Democrats will find out the hard way that black voters put ethnic loyalty before party and will not take kindly to the president being piled on by his own fellow Democrats.
Is “totally” a Synonym for “period”; like “you can keep your doctor, “totally/period!”

At the link, there is video of Chuck Todd reporting that he asked White House aides if they were expecting the Bergdahl backlash. They all said they were expecting some controversy over the release of the Gitmo Five, but that the "swift-boating" of Bergdahl by the guys who served with him took them by total surprise.
It will be important to challenge illegal and repeat voters, and to make sure no one finds boxes of "uncounted" ballots.
