Years ago it was common for snowbirds in AZ to claim they voted in their original state as well as in AZ. They firmly believed they should have a right to do so and there should be nothing wrong with it- their justification was the issues/local politics were important to them in both places. I asked one if they voted twice for President too and he glared at me and walked away. We have had wholesale voter fraud in this country for a very long time and many doing it are folks most would not likely suspect.
They have mail in ballots. They should only vote in there home state by mail.
