President Barack Obama's move to enact new regulations on power plants through executive order is "a power grab" and will be "reversed by the Supreme Court," says political analyst Dick Morris.
"He couldn't get it through Congress, and he can't do it legally," Morris told J.D. Hayworth and John Bachman on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV on Tuesday.

I had hoped they would, but now that Dick is predicting they will, we’re doomed.
Well, Dick Morris is forgetting one thing.
For the Supreme Court to rule, somebody, somewhere, has to file a lawsuit on the issue.
Then, it has to go through layers of federal court rulings, before it would reach a point where the Supreme Court would take the case and rule on it.
All of this could take years to accomplish.
Has anyone filed a lawsuit yet on this? If not, Dick Morris is dreaming of something that just won’t happen.
I see the American Lung association is running ads claiming that some in Washington want to poison us.

Can always put an injunction on it so it is not implemented until it gets through the courts.

Here in AZ he is declaring war on the Native Americans who operate a large coal power facility in NE AZ. A couple of thousand jobs taken away from some of the poorest citizens. WTG!

Good point. The liberals have gotten a lot of mileage out of “standing” when forcing homosexual marriage through the courts. If nobody has standing, then the court rules by default.
