Our trade situation is not just solar panels.
We are currently being overwhelmed with imports. A huge amount of them, are being made in China.
It is time for America to start building stuff right here once again.
Not just solar panels. Everything.
Yes, but we can use this solar power trade tiff as a TEST CASE to see if putting up a trade barrier on this sector will create jobs in this sector HERE in the USA.
And most of all, I’d like to see HOW MUCH SOLAR POWER WILL COST IN THE USA.
We already had one in the steel tariffs under the Bush administration. That didn’t work out well.
