Shaking hands and waving at the Taliban I'm shocked, we are treating them like friendly foes when they are TERRORISTS!
Look at the tape...really look at it....those US troops were in a very bad spot...the Taliban had the high ground....they(the Taliban) picked the hand off site well. What would you suggest they do...spit at the Taliban which would have brought hell down on them from the Taliban on that hill behind the Blackhawk.

They flew a white flag for the handoff. We don’t shoot white flags. But there was indeed some backup air that would have been gawdawfull if the flag had proven false.
