The Obama administration, after failing to get gun control passed on Capitol Hill, has resorted to using its executive power to try to put some in the firearms industry out of business, House Republican investigators say.
The assertion is included in a report recently released by California GOP Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
Citing internal Justice Department documents, the committee concluded that the administration used a program known as Operation Choke Point to target legal companies that it finds objectionable.
The program was started in 2013 to protect consumers by choking alleged fraudsters access to the banking system. The Justice Department essentially forces banks and third-party payment processors to stop accepting payments from companies that are considered high risk and are supposedly violating federal law.

I won't bother to waste time searching for authorizing sections of the constitution, but aside from the only two of those items that are explicitly and unambiguously and unassailable, not as part of the Constitution, but as the given foundation upon which the original Constitution was made possible at all, what do all those items have in common?.
We can beat them. We need to use our brains.
That is to admit defeat and jst encourages the "First moron!" A better, more direct solution is to demand that our elected Representatives do their job. They seem to have rented some cojones lately...
Demand that our Representatives pass a bill defunding any approved budget action on this unconstitutional revenue causing Executive order, and any other existing or proposed budget funds which might be tapped to transfer to enabling this illegal act.
Enough is enough!
We're talking an open-ended order perpetually wasting billions$ based on a proven fraud.
Follow the money. Who benefits?

I have this little nagging suspicion of bitcoin...
what if the left, those preparing the way of the anti-christ, WANT something like bitcoin to take over instead of currency,
so that it can be more easily controlled?
Obviously. But that ain't gonna happen.
? Congress can act like Holder and the President and simply make up law. They can issue funds to create a bank that will cater to gun and ammunition sales companies.
Let Holder come after THAT.
"Obviously" only if We, the People, don't act. Both in (written) word and in deed.
LOL
