I like Cain.
I liked his 9-9-9 plan, at least as a concept to consider.

But he handled the woman thing badly.

Whatever happened to that silly women, who was brought forward by Gloria Allred? That whole incident was so orchestrated as to be laughable.

I agree. He probably won't run again. He has to know that they will come back again.
We need somebody. Fatso in Jersey ain't the one.
Dr. Ben would be good. Alan West would be good.

Really?

Cain lost me with the 9-9-9 plan.

The socialists in the DNC have tried for a couple of decades to figure out a way to add a national sales tax on top of the income tax.

Responsible conservatives argued they would only support a national sales tax if an amendment were passed barring there ever being a simultaneous income tax and national sales tax because the two could easily spiral out of control.

Cain, as a ‘conservative’ Republican offered, perhaps unconsciously or ineptly, to do that dirty work for the socialists by offering the 9-9-9.

As I argued then, if we propose and win any type of 9-9-9 plan, the left would eventually take that to 19-19-19 and perhaps 29-29-29.

The income tax is a bad idea. A flat tax or consumption tax would be a more equitable and far more economically sound tax plan. Combining the two is a bad, bad idea.

Herman could make a good Cabinet member, but POTUS he’ll never be.

I agree, he bailed out on the sexual harrassment charges-especially that last one. I couldn’t help feel that at the end, they did find someone who could prove the charges against him.

I won’t waste a vote on him again...I am really tired of rooting for candidates only to have them bail out, don’t use opportunities to ‘win debates”, and then at the end when news comes out about voter fraud, give in and don’t fight further. Romney did this with Obama, Romney was winning, kicking butt, then he missed the opportunity with the Candy Crowley and terrorism incident. Then at the end, when he was winning, then suddenly votes out of no where flooded in, he lost and just walked away. He threw that candidacy, I am sure of it....
