I’m not a MD , no answer for that ... but what I do know is that these clinics are totally unprepared for even the most common complications ,, usually uncontrolled bleeding or something anesthesia related... they wait too long to call an ambulance in most cases and they almost never assist in recovery ,, don’t even make themselves available to ER/Trauma personnel for answering questions that could save minutes/lives .. They abandon their patients.
It doesn’t say she did. Cardiopulmonary arrest is the catch all phrase for “ heart and lungs stopped. Not the same as Myocardial Infarction. She could have died from hemorrhage , PE, or sepsis, all common post op causes of death or arrhythmia or any number of other causes.

From bleeding to death, most likely.
