I get it completely. This “strategy” of passing bills that in effect end with “and then you can go ahead and kill the baby” has never worked, and it won’t work now.
Just ban it.
Come into compliance with the explicit, imperative requirement of our constitutions that ALL persons be equally protected in their supreme God-given, unalienable rights.
It’s not optional.
“No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.”
“No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
We’ll never save this country until people stop pretending that it is.
