Someone should let Cruz know what "flexible" means!

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz said the United States must stand against Russia's "acts of war" in Ukraine. In an interview with RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service Director Maryana Drach in Kyiv, the Republican senator said the United States should help provide the Ukrainian people "with the tools and equipment necessary to defend themselves."
Someone should let Cruz know what "flexible" means!
He creeps me out.
Do we? Can we? Should we?
He should be public with what areas he will cut to provide the money to buy weapons for the Ukraine.
I don’t stand with them.
I hate to see civil war anywhere. But this is not our battle.
And we do not need to extend NATO that Far East.
Just because there are guns and bombs and other sparkly things doesn’t mean we need to go running into there. There is nothing there that is in our national interest.
