I can’t put my hand (mouse?) on the article from yesterday, but basically there was an issue with the quality of care at a military hospital in Texas so the commander was relieved of duty because of a “loss of confidence in his command.” Well, this is a concept of which Shinseki should be very familiar. And there’s zero confidence (npi) in his command of the VA.

Been told today by a friend of mine that this scandal has been building up during the last 10 years or so, that is the VA scandal. This was a building fire that went to emergency in the making, using a phrase.
