ONLY GREAT THING about CA. is prop 13 but they are literally DYING
to GET RID of it, I have been quite stunned with the FULL RAT control
of both state houses they haven’t ripped prop 13 to shreds!!!!!
The only reason the Ratbastards haven’t is because even a lot of the mush headed libs and demonrats in this state own property or a home.
Prop 13 was originally voted in by older home owners in Ca. who were on fixed incomes and being priced out of their homes by the state constantly raising the property taxes.
I bought my home here the year it passed and I am retired and on a fixed income now, so are a lot of others in my age group.
I think (hope) the pig eyed sacks of sh#t in Sacto realize that even their older lib/prog/commie voters would be real pissed off if they try to scrap Prop. 13.
