Not sure.
I think he will either veto it or not sign it and let it become law without his signature.
If he signs it, he will be at odds with his party which voted against it 100%. A candidate for President can’t do that and be a serious contender.
Hmmm....?
Did the NJ Legislature also ban all of New Jersey’s black bear population? Coyote population? Wolf population? No?
Then did they instead pass a law to require folks to keep their delicious pets and children INSIDE 24/7?

I thought RINO hunting was already illegal in the united states, why does Christie need another layer of legal protection to layer over his ample behind????
We don’t care about his presidential aspirations, if he has any. But he has shown no inclination, other than those easy vetoes, to back the second amendment. To legally carry here you have to “prove a need”, and unless you’re connected the proof is never sufficient.
He’s lost close to a hundred so far.
He’ll sign it. He’s a fraud.
He’s running for President, so he will neither veto it nor sign it. He’ll ignore it - effectively a veto with less sobbing from the Newark Star Ledger and the NY Times.
I guess only belt fed weapons will be legal.
Good for him.
Let’s hope it includes his fathead.
I will never vote for him...and I expect most Oklahoman's won't.
Neither would I. I would not live in Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, California and several others. I have standards.
Christie really needs to stand up, veto this and while he’s at it tear down some of New Jersey’s existing gun control.
I’m completely series.
Americans will respect that. Bigtime. GO BEYOND simply vetoing this bill, and roll back gun control.
That is how Christie can make a name for himself.
