so gross! i have not even heard the word, "scabies" since i was a child growing up in the 70s... there was one family on our block whose kids were always dirty... barefoot, boys didn't wear shirts... nine kids... nice people, but dirty... and everyone would say not to get too close to them or you will get scabies... haha!

most of them actually grew up to be productive members of society... and still super nice people...

Seems we all had a family or two like that on our block in the 70’s. Like you, the ones in my neighborhood grew up to be good people.
