A minor point. Ethanol isn’t blended with gasoline at the refinery. That happens when the tanker is loaded. The driver swipes a card for the particular customer and a computer selects the gasoline, ethanol and additive package to load.
Increased MPH standards and increased ethonol requirements (it is less efficient than gasoline), what could go wrong??
Thanks for the info. I know they used to store the e85 in an above ground fiberglass tank for the GSA vehicles at Kennedy Space Center. We got chastised several times for using “regular fuel” in our dual fuel GSA vehicles. We usually just stared at the asshat doing the chastising like he was an idiot. Which he was after his eco-indoctrination by the NASA bigs.
