I (briefly) worked for the VA in the past — and I would be amazed if each and every VA medical center in the entire country doesn’t have at least one scandal that’s serious enough to send people to jail if the law were applied objectively and consistently.

Besides Fox and “Right Wing” blogs there isn’t much being reported on this. A CBS Local did a report but I doubt if the national desk will say much about it except to maybe point out if Mr. Fiore did have a blemish on his job review or that he’s a disgruntled employee - something like that.
