Detroit's social disintegration started while the auto industry was still relatively healthy. By 1962, the first time I drove around in Detroit, there were already large areas of the City, just outside the very core, which looked like bombed out war zones. Still in the 1960s, it had a Police Department, which was corrupted by faux "liberal" social theories; and the affluent citizens were on the way out in large numbers.

That may be, there are always cities growing and other cities shrinking.
What I am referring to, are much bigger however.
America itself is shrinking now.
We need to bring back jobs to America.

The efficacy of a City is often determined on whether or not the law is enforced, and whether law-abiding citizens want to live there.
Liberals don't seem to understand that.
