Judge rules Yee case evidence to remain secret (shoulder fired missiles)

Over the objections of reputed gang figure Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow's lawyers, a federal judge has ordered that the government's evidence in a sweeping criminal case that includes political corruption charges against state Sen. Leland Yee must be kept secret for now.

U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer imposed the restrictions Monday on every lawyer and defendant in the case, finding the material should be kept under wraps while both sides prepare for trial.

Breyer rejected the free speech arguments of Chow's lawyer, J. Tony Serra, who insisted he should be able to reveal evidence to combat the government's public charges.

Feinstein is head of the Senate Intel Committee

Her hubby is a big-time lawyer for Chinese interests

Leland Yee knew right away where to get MANPADS, machine-guns etc.

Shrimp Boy was Chinese Triad, got busted but was then let off when he became a “really nice guy” working with local youths and gummint.

HOW SHALL WE CONNECT THE DOTS...?

The dots are about the size of Mars. Honestly, I can’t understand how this judge can get away with this. It’s so clearly political.

"Such disclosure risks not only bodily harm to undercover agents, but reputational harm to individuals who would be collateral damage," the judge wrote.

Yep, they're protecting some big name Rat politicians. Count on it.

Steve Breyer's brother? Are you serious?

He probably has Satanic party nights guarded by his very own Secret Service detail.

His entire mandate here is to bury this thing so deep deep deep that in the end, they will indict the FBI guys who made the arrest.

And let's not forget Di/Fi's whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents....they had their eyes on her...... even BEFORE the shocking YEE missile scandal broke.

THE DI/FI STORY COULD DWARF YEE'S TERRORSTIC CORRUPTION : LAT should now get on the ball, and investigate Di/Fi's intel activities. Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly? Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that? Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms?

===============================================

THIS DI/FI HILLARY SUCK-UP WAS VERY INSTRUCTIVE---DI even dropped the term "foreign policy" “In my view, she’s in the prime of her political life. She’s got the energy. She’s articulate. She’s got the background. She’s got the smarts. She has all of the elements of a good leader plus the fact, and this is not to be underestimated, she is enormously attractive to people,” she said on CNN's "State of the Union." “And she carries the torch for women who are the majority of votes in this country, very strongly and very high.”

====================================================

Hillary's hefty income includes:

Hualuo CEO Forum (Spouse) Shanghai, China $550,000

Telefonaktiebolagel LM Ericsson AB (Spouse) Hong Kong, China $750,000

I heard Dianne on the radio this morning. I was trying to figure out who could she possibly be talking about. Then I learned it was, as usual all about Hillary. I about spit out my coffee. I thought, Dianne must have some big dogs in this fight. She doesn’t ususally kiss up to other Dems like that, espe. other women Dems.

Di is looking ahead——thinking she’s on the right side of 2016-—b/c she and hubby need Hillary to make the right profit-making policies for them.

Nixon was in hot water politically for simply suggesting that the IRS target political opponents. That was back when governmemt was much smaller and not nearly so intrusive. Today the Federal Government of the United Staes has grown so large, so pervasive and so intrusive that its power is limitless. And as that government no longer recognizes any limits on that power, neither do those who hold the levers of that power. They are an untouchable elite class. They do whatever they want for one reason.

Because they can.

Not to mention that if a conservative government ever takes shape she'd be looking toward a fitting for an orange jumpsuit. She needs protection and she knows it.
