When asked why he would risk his job and speak publicly, Detective Thomas Fiore considered the question carefully before answering.
“People are dying,” he finally said, “and there are so many things that are going on there that people need to know about.”
Fiore, a criminal investigator for the VA police department in South Florida, contacted CBS4 News hoping to shed light on what he considers a culture of cover-ups and bureaucratic neglect. Among his charges: Drug dealing on the hospital grounds is a daily occurrence.

Of course, they won't really blame Obama....instead, they will probably applaud the "effort" made in photo-ops and press conferences.

BTW, this is the ONLY Miami tv station in Miami that I have seen covering this.....and it is CBS.

Probably because 4 is the station that Fiore contacted. The other stations won’t touch another’s “exclusive” for fear of giving it perceived legitimacy. In other words, “If we didn’t report it, it isn’t really news.” Ch 7 will be tied up reporting on more murders in Lib City, Overtown, etc.....
The pathetic thing is how the Miami media has IGNORED veterans dying. Oh, they’ll tell you if LeBron has a new shoe...or give you Gloria Estefan’s newest instagram....but ANYTHING that shines a true light on Obama is NOT REPORTED until Obama makes a statement...pathetic.
Channel 7 news has been referred to as the Murder Channel for many years, I remember seeing Rick Sanchez who was a reporter there, he was over the top dramatic in his reporting, very hyperactive, as with all the Ch 7 News, very high drama, it got him a job at I think CNN for awhile, but if I recall he got fired.
That was back when South Palm Beach County would get news from Broward, but not for many years now.
If a miami station is covering it, must be overflowing already. miami is a liberal sewer, but I repeat myself.
Drug dealing on VA grounds. If people knew exactly what people are most employed at the VA they wouldn’t be surprised.
What I want to know is of all the VA employees, who knew about this and who is guilty of taking part.
