I’d not want to be judged on the basis of what I did at 18. But then again, I wasn’t a concentration camp guard at that age, either.

What's the statute of limitations on murder, exactly?
If you should be allowed to get away with murder at age 16 or 18, what age do you have to be for your murders to "count"? 20? 40?
