“REPUBLICANS DON’T WANT OUR CHILDREN TO BE HEALTHY!!”

Simply defunding the Dept of Agriculture and Dept of Education would be common sense. This is communism lite.

“Repubicans Want To Poison Your Children!” would be closer to that particular mark.

They should have the choice....period.

If we used losing money as the criteria for government programs, there would be no government programs.

notice how the lefty AP tool that wrote this described the lunch programs as “healthier”.

how could it be “healthier” if even a goat wouldn’t eat it ?

This is fine & all but there are far more pressing issues the GOP should be attacking. Good grief the nation is teetering on the brink.

Just IMO but this smacks of the usual election year grandstanding.

As a history teacher, nothing has done more to allow me to explain liberalism to my high school students. They are really shocked to learn that the government thinks they are too stupid to be allowed to make their own choices. Very easy to show the same reasoning is behind high taxes; you are too stupid to be allowed to spend your own money, the government needs to spend it for you.

If it were real common sense, they would allow the schools to go back about 40 years and provide good-tasting and healthy food for the students instead of dictating what they must serve.

That and grandstanding. How about saying if the kids don't like the food, let them bring their own? Then they'd have to either eat the stuff they hate or use up some of those food stamps to feed the kids breakfast and lunch.

That is what everyone is missing....these kids getting free meals? The parents still get the food stamps to feed them those meals.

Are there some hand/body motions that go along with this?
