North Miami mayor to be charged with mortgage fraud

Federal agents are expected to charge North Miami Mayor Lucie Tondreau with mortgage fraud Monday, according to the Miami Herald.

The newspaper reports that federal agents arrived at Tondreau's home Monday morning, but she wasn't there.

Miami tv is reporting that the North Miami is out of town on city business...in....wait for it....Las Vegas.

One is in the state Florida, the other is in Nevada. They are in the same hemisphere, on the same continent, in the same darned country!
