Massa's wife, Sally Jenkins, tells the Boston Herald her husband realized he wouldn't be allowed in when he saw the security area and was arrested while leaving. She was at the commencement to see her sister graduate.
The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office says the 28-year-old Massa has a license to carry firearms for hunting and target practice. He faces a civil penalty for violating the terms of that license

I don't make the laws I'm just stating a fact.
Perhaps his best defense is “we don’t need no steen king badges”.
Sounds like Hussein’s “False Flag of the Week” didn’t go as planned.
and where do get your fact??? Concealed means not visible, I have carried concealed at many events, even in those places with the “gun free zones” signs
I live in Mass. I have the same license.
It is made pretty clear that you cannot carry a concealed weapon period.
And, the instructors also are very clear about NEVER carrying a gun on campus.
This guy is a moron and is the reason why theCommonwealth continues to try to take my meager rights away.
In Mass you needs specific license to carry concealed. He did not have that license.
He would not have made it through the security check point without setting off the metal detector.
He must have had a holster in his waistband or under his shoulder. It was clearly visible.
BTW, I'm glad you have not been caught.
Even the most pro gun rights states would not allow you to conceal carry at a graduation.

Not arguing Mass is not a horrible place for gun rights.
But if you walk around claiming that sovereign citizen crap, not only will you get arrested, but you will get a free psyche evaluation as well.
I know, my niece is a defense attorney who has had clients so remanded.
It’s fun to talk about the King on web sites. It’s bad for your personal liberty in real life.
Anyone bringing a gun to a graduation deserves to be knocked over the head.
>>But if you walk around claiming that sovereign citizen crap...
I didn’t, so lay off the straw-man rhetoric.

“Deserves”? I’m sorry, but violating a law that is against natural rights doesn’t “deserve” violence by the state and its cheering brownshirts. Perhaps “should expect” would have been a better way to phrase what happens when a good person violates a bad law.
Fact, you live within your imagination
Maybe you did not read the article.
Don’t disagree with anything you write.
The reality is that until the revolution, walking around with a concealed weapon in Mass without the proper documentation will get you in jail.
Carrying a weapon to a graduation is a good way to have yourself culled from the heard.
Kind of waste of a good sidearm.

This post is (as Marisa Tomei said) “dead-on bawls accuwate.”
Out in the boonies most of the PDs issue “any lawful purpose” unrestricted concealed carry cards, but even then,
HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE
to carry onto a libtard college campus (but I repeat myself)? In this crappy state ESPECIALLY.
BTW, “...is the reason why theCommonwealth continues to try to take my meager rights away” doesn’t really matter. These people have nothing but contempt for us; we are something to be scraped off their shoes. They infringe and crap on the Constitution because it makes them feel powerful. This incident will just give them another excuse to take a dump in the Bill of Rights.
I live out west in just about the only republican town. The chief will not issue a cc license unless you take an $800 course that is not offered any more. I am up for renewal this year and I am going to put up more of a fight. Just for the fun of it.
