The White House acknowledged Saturday being open to a proposal for President Obama to appoint a chief executive to oversee the Affordable Care Act -- an ObamaCare czar -- following the Department of Health and Human Services handling last years disastrous rollout.
The proposal was released this weekend by the Center for American Progress, founded by John Podesta who left the think tank earlier this year to become a White House senior counsel. An absolutely essential element of achieving these goals is having the exchange run by a CEO who is both given the resources and made accountable for the exchanges performance.
The idea is supposedly to take the Healthcare.gov site away from the federal government and put it in the hands of the better-suited private sector.
One of the biggest challenges for the incoming secretary of Health and Human Services is to ensure the federal exchange -- which now runs enrollment in more than two-thirds of states -- improves its user experience and insurance offerings and keeps premiums affordable, said Dr. Zeke Emanuel, a senior fellow at the think tank and co-author of the report.

So Soros operative, Podesta, arrives at the White House, looks around and says "Oops! Big disaster coming again for the 2015 Healthplan rollout beginning November 2014 with sign-up rates skyrocketing just before the elections...so lets adopt this CAP plan (another Soros outfit) recommended by Rahm's brother, Dr. Zeke (another Soros operative)" Great plan, there, Barry!

If the elitist Republican establishment wing of the DemocRat party could get it's head out of it's own a$$ long enough to realize they are not as comfortably ensconced as they think they are, they could trade one named czar for all the waivers and delays given and instituted to date. But that would mean they REALLY want ObamalamadingdongCare to fail and be repealed. AND WE KNOW THEY DON'T WANT THAT!!!

The idea is supposedly to take the Healthcare.gov site away from the federal government and put it in the hands of the better-suited private sector.Gov't takes over the health insurance market from the private sector, then totally devastates it and leaves enormous destruction in it's wake.
The proposed fix? Give the web site to the private sector!
Why don't you government bozos butt out completely and let's go back to the way things were. They worked just fine.
