You do not understand..... disabled is a legal term of art that allows those labeled “disabled” to receive free stuff.

The unemployment roles have diminished largely because many were labeled “disabled” and switched from one form of free stuff to another.

It has nothing to do with how capable they are

When rewards are based on need and punishments on ability, is it not logical for people to find ways to become in need? It takes a special person to stay productive when he can mostly expect to be hated for it.
