When you don’t have to pay for your own insurance, what incentive do you have to stay healthy so you don’t have to use it often?
Predictable outcome of government run health care, of course. There is NO evidence that government intervention in ANY industry leads to efficiencies or improved outcomes.
Only the libtards continue to believe that the solution to every issue or problem (real or imagined) is MORE GUBMINT.
People who don't buy medical insurance often have a whole different set of priorities than those who do. Many also choose to not work, as well. They have made the decision that they will give up the benefits of working in order to avoid the liabilities of working. Many spend whatever available money they can get on booze, drugs and cigarettes instead of more healthy pursuits. Many times, this is the root cause of their problems with illnesses, not the lack of insurance.
Death panels; the Feds want to forgo them and just euthanize those pesky citizens that are using up all the funds they can’t use to pay for stupid art endowment grants and payoff warlords overseas to help their thriving drug business.../s
I’ve seen real poverty in my life.In East Africa I’ve seen a little black kids with orange hair, big bellies and little stick legs.I’ve seen poverty in India as well. And I’ve see lazy a$$ fat tubs of lard here in the US.But there’s no way that I’ll call them “poor”.
LOL .guess Obummer’s Lefties don’t read British books. A common joke is the malingerers who don’t want to leave the hospitals and squat there, further gumming up the works. That may be changing, now that the NHS is so horrible that even the squatters don’t want to be “in hospital”.
From the SLIMES?
The Medicaid patients I care for more often than not simply don’t show up for surgery or appointments. What costs you nothing you value at nothing.
