It is generally conceded that the quality American education is declining. Is the decline due to integration? The educator has added an entire curriculum devoted to such topics as "The Philosophy of the Ghetto," and "Barrio Mathematics." Such courses are offered so at least some groups can say they are college graduates. They can even become "Presidential Advisers" after college, a degree in "Ethnic Studies" entitles the holder of such a degree to head "The Department Of Regional Development" at a salary of $250,000 per month. Perhaps a return to a separatist policy would reverse the decline and restore America to a productive life?
