From the article: Jarrett tweeted Friday that her comments were misconstrued and that “Boehner has made [a] commitment to trying, not that he has made commitment to us or time frame.”

Busted.

On a side note, Boehner’s Amnesty Czar Becky Talent has all the gravitas of Brittany Spears. This lady is in charge of pushing Amnesty:

Who believes Boehner on anything? The man has absolutely no credibility. He’s a total disgrace.

What office does Jarrett hold?

I don’t remember voting for her...

If there ever was a picture of satan’s wife, Jarrett would be perfect.

re: John Boehner disputes Valerie Jarrett immigration description

Well, one of them is lying. But which one? Boehner? Jarrett? Jarrett? Boehner?
Damn. That is one tough call.

1) There is a brazen liar in this story.

2) It is NOT Valerie Jarrett!

Satan must be out shopping for a parka.

Valerie Jarrett told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she thinks there’s a window “this summer, between now and August, to get something done.

Let make a deal. Eric Holder needs to "get something done" on the IRS scandal, indictments, convictions, etc. and THEN we can talk about "immigration reform".

Jarrett said: “We have a commitment from Speaker Boehner, who’s very frustrated with his caucus.”

I gotta say I believe Valerie Jarrett on this one.

Speaker Boehner opposes amnesty like President Obama opposed homosexual marriage before his views “evolved”.

I think Boehner, Cantor, and many other Republican leaders are drooling at the chance to amnesty illegal aliens who are here now and open our borders wide to far greater legal immigration. There’s just that pesky American voter thing. Darn constituents!

I should also note that as bad as the Republicans are, they’re clearly still divided on amnesty or we’d already have it. Boehner has to tread carefully or there will be a revolution in the party. Compare that to the Democrats who would (and have) eagerly voted for amnesty in near perfect unison.

If they didn't lie so much they wouldn't be "misconstrued" so much.

Boehner is the definition contradictory!

What he says yesterday, is not what he means today.

They need to dump Boehner now, as if obama is not bad enough this guy doubles down on chaos and confusion.

Right, left or in-between. I don’t care. PLEASE someone send Boehner packing. He’s a weasel among weasels.

Michael Steel, a spokesman for the Ohio Republican, said Boehner has not made a commitment to the White House.

Boehner has undoubtedly made the commitment to the US Chamber of Commerce.

“Michael Steel, a spokesman for the Ohio Republican, said Boehner has not made a commitment to the White House”

He doesn’t have to make a commitment. Obama already knows that Boehner will go for amnesty. He already said so. Boehner is just waiting for his RINO buddies like Cantor to get through their primaries. Then it’s full speed ahead on amnesty. The Chamber of Commerce already gave him his orders.

Boehner and his GOPe crew have been playing yo yo with everyone.

About every other month, Boehner or one of his GOPe’r comes out to whisper(campaign) they will get “immigration reform” done to the DU-Ds [Val Jar] and to the crony capitalists [Thomas Donahue] in the chamber of commerce followed by prompt denials.

Boehner knows over 80% to +90% of the House Rs won’t support amnesty for illegals in any form. If Boehner tries to jam through amnesty with the bare minimum of RINO votes and every D vote, he puts in jeopardy his speakership. The question is will Boehner risk his job?

So we get this yo yo, back and forth, campaign to keep the big R money donors on a string.
