Here's some revealing facts (LINK):

"{U.S. Magistrate Judge} Murphy allowed each man to wear a fez hat in his courtroom."

"U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Randon released Carlos Powell on $50,000 unsecured bond."

"U.S. Magistrate Judge Mona Majzoub, meanwhile, released 36-year-old Eric Powell and 38-year-old Proge on $10,000 unsecured bond."

"During a raid of Carlos Powell’s home in northern Macomb County, agents found $3 million in cash."

"During a years-long investigation, agents seized 66 pounds of heroin, 12 kilograms of cocaine, 1,000 pounds of marijuana and more than $21 million in cash... $800,000 worth of jewelry, real estate in Michigan and Georgia and luxury vehicles, including two Bentleys, a Ferrari, a Rolls Royce, and boats."

Why did one judge allow the fezes in court and why did 2 judges set the ridiculously low and unsecured (no cash up front) bail from such rich criminal defendents?

Here's the CBS censored background (LINK):

The court had received assertions of "the men’s “Status, and Nationality” as members of the Moorish Science Temple of America (MSTA)" and of the fezes being “religious headdress that must be worn to distinction.” [See also Link]

"So-called Moors are typically black nationalists who... deny the jurisdiction and authority of the government".

Before founding Farakan's Nation of Islam (Black Muslims) Wallace Muhammad stoked his radicalism as a member of the Moorish Science Temple of America.

Once again Chairman Obama's "transformation" of America and the reign of Political Correctness has given radical anti-Americans preferential treatment and the Media has covered it up.

Deputy U.S. Marshall Rob Watson said the three were able to get away because they were out on bond.

Which way d they go? With those kooky-looking hats they must be easily identifiable ... maybe the FBI could find them?

Ironically, not only are their options for nations with no extradition treaties with the US strictly limited, but now they have the US Marshals Service after them.

“In 2012, U.S. marshals captured over 36,000 federal fugitives and cleared over 39,000 fugitive warrants.”

Basically, it is like having a division of Terminator robots after you. And, btw, they are authorized to basically kidnap Americans overseas that have federal warrants out on them.

In the early 1970’s, there was a guy who called himself Colonel Hassan Jeru-Ahmed who was probably part of that “Moorish” group, as he dubbed himself a “Moor.” He snookered Richard Cotten of the Conservative Viewpoint broadcast into supporting him and in the spring of 1971 conned the federal government into a six-figure grant for his “Blackman’s Volunteer Liberation Army,” a private army that he was setting up. However, shortly afterwards, he disappeared from the news.

Yo, homies! You were supposed to buy the FEDS not the FEZ.

Anyway, looks like the gov got what it came for in any case:

agents seized 66 pounds of heroin, 12 kilograms of cocaine, 1,000 pounds of marijuana and more than $21 million in cash... $800,000 worth of jewelry, real estate in Michigan and Georgia and luxury vehicles, including two Bentleys, a Ferrari, a Rolls Royce, and boats.

"Now get hopping and sling some drugs, we'll come back and seize your assets again in a few years."
