Legally and technically your right he’s in the military. I just hate seeing the rank of E-1 stained by the likes of that person. Really there should be an E-0 designation solely for convicted service members doing time to separate them from honorable recruits just coming in.

I like the E-0 rank for those service members who have been convicted of a crime and serving in a military prison. That's a great idea.
Sometimes I think I woke up in a parallel universe. I never thought I'd see the day where prisoners would be allowed to have sex changes at taxpayer expense.
