BOISE — Same-sex couples could flood county courthouses Friday morning, seeking to exercise a newly declared right to marry in Idaho.

A Tuesday evening ruling by U.S. Magistrate Judge Candy Dale striking down Idaho’s 2006 constitutional amendment prohibiting gay marriage takes effect at 9 a.m. Friday.

This suite was brought by a lesbian couple already married and then moved to Idaho where we didn't recognize their marriage.

I put this in breaking news as this ruling requires Idaho to recognize other States marriages, as well as gay marriage in Idaho Friday morning.

This case will have national effect on other States that do not allow gay marriage forcing them to recognize even if they don't perform.

Suprise, surprise. Yet another tyrannical judge thinking his warped sense of reality is above thousands of years of traditions.

It’s Idaho and that means this this case if appealed will end up at the 9th Circuit.

If Otter has any balls (he doesn’t), he will order all county clerks to ignore requests for marriage licenses from same sex couples. Screw the Fed tyrants. This means war.

It will have to go before the Supremes first.

God will punish our nation for spitting in his eyes.

I can only pray that these people will repent and turn from their wicked ways.

First stop gay marriage, next we will have fully subsidized pedophilia in this nation.

There is NO marriage between two men or two women, merely because a judge SAYS so. EVERY faith on the planet for all time prohibits same sex marriage.
ANYTHING but heterosexuality is a choice, an aberrant and sinful choice.

There is no RIGHT to do this WRONG act.
That is: It's never right to do wrong.

What's next? I shudder to think.

Left is right, up is down. It’s bizarro world. She’s no Idahoan. She’s just another federal tyrant.

Geez, another day, another judge ruling for homosexual marriage. There have been numerous such cases since last year’s Supreme Court decisions on homosexual marriage. And I think every single decision is that the states affected must perform or recognize homosexual marriages now.

There is NO marriage between two men or two women...just because a judge says so. It simply doesn't exist no matter what some sinful, aberrant law may say. Shame on those lawmakers who made and passed that law.

Idaho: seriously consider nullifying the utterly unconstitutional decision.

"Otter said he plans to appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and if the state loses there, will appeal to the U.S Supreme Court."

Do you think we can all guess what the 9th Circuit and the SCOTUS will say about this case?

Same thing that happened in California, in spite of the majority of voters saying “No” to gay marriage.

How many of these bottom-feeding “judges” have to declare two “openly gay” homosexual men swapping bodily fluids as being “constitutional”? Sheeesh! We “get it”! You slugs and your homosexual pals trump all of the American people put together.

All the Federal Judiciary is accomplishing via this foolishness is ensuring that their tyrannical power will be stripped from them as soon as possible.

In other words, they are living on borrowed time, but they should continue to enjoy their lavish offices and perks until the boot hits their ass.

The supreme court seems to be siding with states rights on most issues these days. But we’ll see I guess.
