Don’t think so. Nebraska doesn’t close till 930 and I think that’s their local time which is 1030 my time.

Nebraska polls close at 8:00 PM Central!!! Looks like Mooney has WVCD2 locked up!!! Good news!!! West Virginia goes “red” big time this coming November...if we all get out and vote to destroy Obama & his Obamabot Democrat Party...politically!!!

No NE closes at 9pm Eastern. They are in two time zones, MT closes at 7pm and CT closes at 8pm.
Thus voting is halted jointly rather than having one section open later than the other.
