It seems ambulance EMTs took the gun from her car or purse, gave to hospital employees, who gave it Ft. Collins Police, who won’t give it back to her. They claim they can’t under the new laws.

Sounds like at least 3 illegal transfers took place if you buy the city liars, oops- lawyers, read on it.

So.....when’s the court dates for all involved -except for the lawful owner of said weapon considering she gave no permission for the illegal transfer (Which also adds the charge of theft of a firearm to the list)?

They were very kind on the phone. These are the good guys. The allies. We need more like them.

I truly hope that this isn’t dropped. That Ft. Collins lady’s second amendment rights are bring infringed upon by the state, and that alone marks this dumb-assed law for extinction.

I hope Caldera and Co. will take this on with all barrels, and I hope she lets them.
