The House may have voted to hold former Lois Lerner in contempt, but don’t expect John Boehner to authorize the sergeant-at-arms to arrest the former IRS employee at the center of the agency’s targeting of conservative groups. Instead, the speaker said the responsibility lies with the Justice Department and attorney general Eric Holder to prosecute Lerner.
“Will he do it? We don’t know, but the ball is in his court,” Boehner told Fox News on Sunday.
When asked why Boehner didn’t issue an arrest warrant himself, he said the provision has never been used before and he was “not sure it’s an appropriate way to go about this”: “I’m not quite sure we want to get on that path.”
Pass-the-buck Boehner. No surprise there.

Boehner is such a weak person. Even if he doesn’t plan to arrest her, don’t say so. If asked just say he is thinking about it or considering it. Then let her squirm for a year or two. This is really stupid to do and shows why Boehner should not be the GOP leader in the House. He is pitiful.
So why do you waste our time getting a contempt vote? Boner is a useless tit.
In the meantime the IRS continues it’s war on conservatives and the GOPe seems to like it.

AG Eric Holder was held in civil and criminal contempt of congress in 2012 for failing to turn over documents in the Fast and Furious matter. But he is still permitted to testify before congress and to continue to display his contempt for that body. Actually, maybe Holder has a point.
Well, so much for that. And this goomba won his primary.

It is Holder’s job to attend to this matter and prosecute. If Holder won’t do it, then arrest him and his boss, and prosecute them. That is indubitably the correct approach.
Boehner wants Eric Holder (who himself was held in contempt ), to prosecute Lois Lerner ( who was held in contempt )....
