The dead deer will be removed from along the more heavily traveled roads but they also decompose or scavengers eat them pretty quickly in a normal year.
This year they’re just sitting in the fridge.
Boys back in the UP tell me that huntin season next year will have nothing to do at all with deer. The wolves and winter took care of what was left of them.
