Here’s the answer to your question: “Two years ago, I ordered $2 billion in energy upgrades to federal buildings,” Obama said. “Today, I’m ordering an additional $2 billion in upgrades over the next three years. And these upgrades will create tens of thousands of construction jobs and save taxpayers billions of dollars.”
IOW, he’s spending ANOTHER $2 BILLION of OUR money to “upgrade” federal buildings with energy efficient thingies. But, don’t worry your little head about that...the ChiComs are happy to loan us another 2B. And he’s creating tens of thousands of jobs and saving us taxpaying schlubs BILLIONS of dollars. The man is a financial genius, I tell you. The ROIs on these investments are breathtaking.
