Moscow told Right Sector to act like NKVD of old, exute police that refused to fire on civilians, and start shooting unarmed civilians themselves??

Some of the police do NOT support the people. Some police were left barricaded. Some escaped into crowd.
Much of the problem is that under Viktor Yanukovych the various government organizations were corrupted. Yanukovych stills finances discord from Moscow by stolen millions.
The new Ukraine government has to remove corrupt officials & reorganize local & federal gov’t
