Now they will tell us that the 80% that have paid is based on a small subset of the 8 million enrolled. Say 80% of 4 million not the gross 8 million.

Snow White, Superman and Pinocchio are out for a stroll in town one day.

They continue walking when they see a sign, “Contest! Who is the greatest liar in the world?”
Pinocchio says “this is mine”
Half an hour later, he returns with tears in his eyes.
“What happened?” they asked.
“Who the hell is Obama?” asked Pinocchio.
