Having lost my own mother at the age of 15, I live through others on how their mothers were there for them during crucial teenage years. I love to hear that mom’s champion their children through their college days or early careers. I would give much to have had my mom around for my son’s birth or just a simple Sunday dinner. I marvel at people who complain about having to do things for their elderly parents. Parents who tended and worried and cheered and fostered and loved. I would give anything to “have to” wheel my mother around. But I also know that she lives. Show your mom some love folks. You could never love her as much as she loves you .
