That’s something I am concerned with. I haven’t had cable or anything like that for years. I’m building a new house now, and putting a small suite downstairs to rent because we have a zero vacancy rate here. The suite won’t have it’s own power or anything, it’s all going to be included. If I don’t put in cable, they would probably ask for it. Yet I don’t want to give them money. I’m open for suggestions.

Go to your local satellite store and work with the sales personnel there to come
up with an option for the tenant to have Cable and internet installed.
You can present the Satellite deal to any potential candidate beforehand.
You also don't want strangers on your net connection for legal reasons.
