They are gonna need a lot of deep pocket E & O (errors and omissions) insurance like about 500 times what his team is worth. He may have signed a contract with some moral turpitude clause but he was illegally taped, end of story. When each side lawyers up and start talking, the conversation will be you can pay Sterling boat loads now or a world class settlement later. You have a choice. I say he will own the team till he dies.
