What people seem to not understand is that there is a segment of the population that can not hear and do not understand.
These vulnerable folks should be protected by the police, not executed by them.
Being deaf is not a crime. Tazering someone with a pacemaker can kill them.
Having a gun is not illegal. If you came across a 93 year ol woman with a gun and you told her to drop it, what should your expectation be that she would even hear you? So it’s OK to kill her?
