The standing issue is already settled and can not be brought up again.

I suspect that Roberts knew what he was doing. What he was doing is delaying invalidating Obamacare until a new Congress could be elected so that it wouldn't be started by Pelosi in the House after it lost in the SC.

At least that is what I am hoping happened.
